On behalf of PDM, the well-known Dutch architectural photographer Kim Zwarts (born Maastricht, 1955) has managed to concentrate the complexity of systems and machines into an exceptional form of beauty. He approaches installations in the same way he photographs landscapes or architectural environments. He always knows how to find just the right angle. With his advanced equipment and his eye for detail within the whole, he creates autonomous monuments to industrial architecture.
